Refund Policy
Subscription payments and trading deposits serve different purposes and are handled differently.
Subscription charges
A subscription purchases time-limited access to Qutox software features. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an activated subscription is generally non-refundable once access has been made available or used.
When a refund may be reviewed
- A duplicate subscription charge for the same account and billing period.
- A payment completed but Qutox could not activate the purchased service after a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
- An unauthorised charge reported promptly with information needed to investigate.
- A refund right that cannot legally be excluded in the user’s location.
Trading deposits are not subscription purchases
Approved live-account deposits become trading funds, not service fees. They are not “refunded” under this policy. Eligible available funds must be requested through the withdrawal process and remain subject to account status, open positions, limits, security reviews, destination accuracy, provider rules, and network fees.
Pending or failed payments
If a payment is pending, failed, expired, or not credited, do not pay again until checking the Deposit Status page. Provider reversals can take time to appear. Qutox cannot refund money it did not receive or reverse a completed blockchain transfer.
How to request a review
Contact support from the signed-in account and provide the order number, plan, amount, payment date, payment method, and reason. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases, or private keys. Approved refunds return through an available original or verified method, and provider processing times may apply.
No refund for market loss
Trading gains and losses are market outcomes, not subscription defects. Subscription charges are not refundable because trading results did not meet an expectation, and Qutox does not guarantee profit or recovery of a subscription cost.
